NNS ADix - How to...Force Users to Change their Password at Next Logon

This topic describes how to force users to change their password at next logon with NNS ADix.

In order to force users to change their password at next logon with NNS ADix perform the following steps:

• Use the attribute 'pwdLastSet' in the import file
• Set the value for the attribute 'pwdLastSet' to 0
• Save the changes made to the import file
• Import the file

Note:
    If this value is set to 0 and the attribute 'userAccountControl' does not contain the UF_DONT_EXPIRE_PASSWD flag,
    the user must set the password at the next logon.
